The Student Council have been meeting with Ms Nea to discuss ways to improve school life for children. We look forward to hearing more from them in the new year.
The Changemaker Committee meets regularly with Cathy and Clodagh. The Changemaker Committee invited Monninne Griffith, CEO, beLongTo, to speak on advocacy. Moninne spoke about how to campaign to affect positive social change. It takes a lot of work and commitment!
Four Sixth class students represented DSP at the DCU Changemaker Conference on Wednesday 6th December 2024 where they participated in an Expert Panel. They made recommendations to the conference on how to promote student decision making in schools.
We are grateful that DSP continues to be a leader in innovative educational practice.
